Light & moist three layer victoria sponge, with raspberry compote, fresh raspberries and a smooth vanilla buttercream layering and covering the cake.
In a classic black, white and red 'rock n roll' palette, this cake is covered in rebellious AC-DC thunder bolts, made from tempered dark and white marbled chocolate, speckled with freeze dried raspberries and sprinkle studding.   These anarchic shards adorn the whole surface of the cake.  A spray of metallic red and gun metal graffiti, with metallic dusted fresh raspberries finish off this out of control cake!
